8U- Zac Bottoms: He brings a diverse background in player development, scouting, recruiting, and competitive athletics to . His experience includes work with Arkansas Baptist College, Prep Baseball Report Arkansas, Kansas City Royals, Sticks Baseball and Perfect Timing Baseball Academy.
Through coaching, scouting, and player evaluation, he developed a passion for helping athletes maximize their potential while building a culture centered on accountability, toughness, and development on and off the field.
As life transitioned from the professional side of athletics to being a dad, that same passion naturally carried into coaching youth softball, basketball, and soccer. Coaching young athletes has created an opportunity to help kids develop a love for their sport, embrace competition, and understand the value of hard work and dedication to improving their game.”
Besides serving as our 8U Coach Zac is our Director of Operations and will be in charge of player evaluations, and player development plans.
10U- Rob Bottoms; Has spent a lifetime investing in young athletes and teaching lessons that go far beyond sports. With a passion for helping kids grow as athletes and as people, he has coached baseball, softball, basketball, and football throughout his career, impacting countless players and families along the way.
In 1998, alongside a group of dedicated parents, Rob helped pioneer the return of fast pitch softball in Northwest Arkansas by working to bring back a league and eventually starting the original Rebel team. Built around a stable core of athletes from Prairie Grove, the Rebels became known for playing with toughness, grit, energy, discipline, and fundamentally sound softball. His teams consistently reflected his belief in hard work, mental toughness, and competing the right way.
We are proud to have Coach Bottoms continue to be a part of the organization that he helped build and lay the foundation for over two decades ago.”
